24/7 accident management

If one of the cars in your fleet is involved in an accident you can call our 24h hotline or report the accident with our Fleet Software to initiate a comprehensive accident management process. Our objective is to restore fleet mobility as soon as possible.

If the vehicle cannot be driven, we will arrange for a recovery service to take it to the nearest partner repair shop. In that case, we arrange a rental car for you until the vehicle has been repaired.

We have negotiated very attractive terms and conditions with the body repair shops in our partner network to optimise your fleet costs. But you don’t have to compromise on service because we provide free vehicle pick-up and delivery, as well as free interior and exterior cleaning.

When there is another car involved in the accident, we contact the insurer on your behalf. Our fleet management service also includes our payment of all invoices in advance. Our Fleet Software provides standard and customised claim reports so that you can keep track of all your insurance claims for risk management purposes.

Comprehensive claims handling

Our claims handling service goes one step further than our accident management service, offering additional benefits.

We handle the administrative side of claims processing for your fleet, communicate with the insurance companies and check the adjustment of the claim. When necessary we call in legal experts to represent your interests and assert your claims as effectively as possible. As your outsourcing service provider our aim is to minimise your accident-related costs.
With our Fleet Software you can track the claim processing status and view all claims-related data. And if you have concluded an own damage insurance policy with one of our partners, our claims service is free of charge.
