Training at LeasePlan Germany

In motor sports the race result often depends on the driver’s grid starting position. An apprenticeship at LeasePlan puts you in pole position. We are a constantly growing organisation that was once again named a “Great Place to Work” as one of Germany’s top 100 employers in 2015.

We regularly offer apprenticeships in the following professions:

  • Office Management Assistant
  • Dual Office Management Assistant training programme/ Business Administration Bachelor’s degree (FOM)

Apprenticeship content

During the intensive three-year programme our apprentices at the headquarters in Neuss learn the A-Z of office management by working in an everyday office environment. They organise and coordinate office management, project and order-related processes, perform research, present specialist information, handle procurement processes and assist the HR and finance teams. They can also choose a specialisation in a field of their choice.

Dual training programme degree course content

Dual training students combine a degree course at the FOM University Neuss with vocational training. The seven-semester course provides all-round commercial knowledge and leads to a Bachelor of Arts degree. Graduates gain specialist knowledge of the most important business functions.

We have been running very successful training programmes for many years now and we’ve had some very positive feedback from our trainees. That’s why we’ve been an official training organisation since 2015. Our trainees get structured training that introduces them to various company departments, where they have responsibility for their own work. Our employees know they can depend on us as an employer because we take our corporate values of Passion, Expertise, Commitment and Respect seriously. We take on trainees with the objective of sourcing young talents for our own requirements.
