How to stand out with your application
Your application is the very first impression you give a potential employer about who you are, what experience you have and where you want your career to go. You have to communicate what kind of a person you are, why you’d like to work for us and why you’re interested in the job. And if you want us to choose you, you have to convince us you’re the right candidate.
We’re committed to fairness and respect in our relationships with employees. And the same applies in our interviews with potential new employees. We view job interviews as an opportunity for dialogue between us and the candidate, so it’s very important that you come across as authentic, natural and confident.
A complete set of application documents is a must
If you use the following checklist you’ll make it easier for us to process your application documents:
- Enclose copies of relevant reports, references and certificates (school, apprenticeship, university, work experience, training and additional qualifications) with your cover letter and CV (ideally with photo).
- Include information about your salary requirement and earliest entry date, as well as the reference number of the vacancy post in your cover letter.
- We look forward to receiving your electronical application via our online form in the respective job offer.
We naturally treat all application documents as confidential. Once we have read them and checked your qualifications against the requirements profile, you’ll be invited to attend the first interview.
