Damage service
You can report accidents directly online at www.leaseplan.de in the "Unfallmeldung online" section. This allows you to report new accident damage or amend an existing damage report. You can also lodge a preliminary damage report by telephone by calling our damage service hotline: 0800/5786325 (24 hours a day, seven days a week, calls from Germany free). If calling from abroad, please dial +49 1805/786325 (24 hours a day, seven days a week, 0.14 euros/minute from German landlines, max. 0,42 Euro/minute from German mobile networks.).
You can complete and print out the "Repair of damages" form at the bottom of this page. Please hand in the signed and completed form to the garage. Why not use the accident repair partner network of LeasePlan. You can find a garage near you quickly and easily with our online search. In the event of glass damage, a list of our glass partners is also available online.
Please note that you have a general obligation to try and minimise any damage. If a hired car is required following an accident caused by a third party, the hired car should be a class below your leased car and should only be hired for the duration of the repair work. You should not sign any declaration of assignment or assumption of costs.
